Hello investors and future investors.

One of our most exciting projects currently nearling completon is the conversion of the Winnipeg Princess heritage building into high end condo lofts to serve, what we believe to be, a large and developing market niche for downtown living in the WIninpeg Exchange district. With the Princess building, we are taking a large six floor heritage building, gutting it and creating 60 residential condo's which we will sell off to an expectant market. The complexities of the renovation itself are for another blog entry but for now I will outline the process and timeline for achieving the final strata titling on the building so that it can be sold as individual units.
