Independent capital advisory · Colombian gold
Tier-one geology.
Undercapitalized ground.
Taurean Global Advisors prepares Colombian gold concessions and producing mines for international capital, then makes the introductions that close.
The discount is not the rock
Colombia holds some of the richest gold geology in the Americas, and it still trades at 40 to 60 percent below Tier-one jurisdictions, with a further regional discount on top. That gap isn't about grade. It's about perceived risk, fragmented title, and the distance between a concession holder in the interior and an allocator in Toronto or London. We close that distance.
How we're built
Three layers, one team.
Most advisors give you one of these. Taking a Colombian gold asset into a public market takes all three, working together.
The public-market pathway
A proven route to a TSX Venture listing, built on NI 43-101 and a preliminary feasibility study, with direct access to Canadian mining funds, family offices, and institutional banks through our Toronto desk.
Digital-asset capital
Standing in the Bitfinex and Tether ecosystem opens tokenized and hybrid listing structures, with stablecoins as liquidity rails for Latin American investors the traditional desks never reach.
Local Colombian operation
A multi-ally operating network in country, across seismic geology, adit mining, processing, and port logistics. More than 170 combined years of experience that can actually execute, not paper relationships.
What we do
Four jobs, done before the buyer asks.
We don't broker and we don't speculate. We prepare a project to institutional standard, prove it out, structure it, and put it in front of capital that actually deploys.
Deal preparation
The materials a serious counterparty expects: technical summaries under NI 43-101 and equivalent standards (JORC, S-K 1300), a structured data room, and investor-ready presentations.
Due diligence orchestration
Title and PTO forensics, RUCOM standing, resource validation. We run the diligence before the buyer does, so nothing surfaces late and kills the deal.
Transaction structuring
Structures that take owners into a public listing while keeping 20 to 25 percent, so you capture the re-rating instead of selling everything for cash at the bottom of the cycle.
Capital introduction
Direct introductions to international capital partners who put money into Colombian gold. Not a list, not a blast. People we know, approached by name.
How we work
Seven steps, in order.
ReviewNo fee
A one-week read of your project, free and without obligation. If it isn't a fit, we'll tell you plainly.
Prepare
Materials, data room, and the technical package, built to the standard the next counterparty will hold you to.
Validate
Independent diligence on title, resource, and regulatory standing before anyone else opens the hood.
Structure
The shape of the deal, including the equity you keep and the upside that comes with it.
Introduce
The right capital partners, approached directly and on your terms.
Negotiate
Terms held to, on your side of the table, with five decades of dealmaking behind them.
Close
Documentation, signing, and funding. The part everyone talks about and few reach.
The partners
We've sat on both sides of the table.
Four partners, four networks that don't usually sit at the same table: Canadian capital markets, Colombian mining origination, digital-asset capital, and fintech infrastructure. We've run public companies, raised the money ourselves, and built the relationships we now bring to bear.

Market precedent
Two assets. Two paths. One question left.
Only two Colombian gold assets have reached world scale through the public markets. The question isn't whether Colombia can raise institutional gold capital. It's which belt produces the next.
Marmato
USD 186.5Mraised in the listing year, via RTO
